When 2-day shipping is selected, cool packs and insulation are included at no extra charge, and heat-damaged plants are eligible for free replacement. Slower shipping options are not eligible for free heat-damage replacement during hot weather.

During cold weather, upgraded shipping is strongly recommended for temperature-sensitive plants. Insulation and heat packs will be used when needed. Plants shipped by slower methods during cold weather are not eligible for free cold-damage replacement.
