Large or multi-box orders may require additional shipping.

❄️ During colder months, we recommend adding a 🌿 Heat Pack Fee – Winter Protection at checkout.
Even if you live in a warm state, your plants may travel through cold Nebraska hubs before reaching you.
Each pack includes insulation and a plant-safe heat pack to help ensure your plants arrive healthy and happy. 🪴💚

### Puerto Rico shipping

Puerto Rico checkout remains available, but shipping live plants there is expensive and can be harder on the plants because of longer transit time, weather, and carrier handling.

At this time, we only ship select 4" potted plants to Puerto Rico. Fragile, oversized, freshly imported, recently potted, XL plants, or plants we feel are not sturdy enough for the trip may need to be held, adjusted, substituted, or refunded.

Shipping to Puerto Rico is charged at the available carrier rate shown at checkout and is not included in free-shipping promotions unless specifically stated.
