Anthurium Vittarifolium is a stunning strap-leaf anthurium known for its long, cascading, ribbon-like foliage. Mature leaves can reach several feet in length, giving it an elegant, tropical waterfall effect.

LIGHT
Medium to bright indirect light.
Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the long, thin leaves.

WATER
Keep soil lightly moist but never soggy.
Allow the top 1 inch of soil to dry before watering again.

HUMIDITY & TEMP
Thrives in high humidity: 65–85%.
Ideal temperature range: 65–80°F.
Protect from cold drafts, which can cause leaf tips to brown.

SOIL
Use a very chunky, airy mix with orchid bark, perlite, coco chips, and a small amount of potting soil.
Excellent drainage supports healthy root growth and long leaves.

FERTILIZER
Feed every 4 weeks during the growing season with a balanced, diluted fertilizer.
Reduce or pause feeding in the winter.

TROUBLESHOOTING
• Browning tips = low humidity or underwatering
• Yellowing leaves = overwatering
• Wrinkled or limp leaves = dehydration
• Stunted length = insufficient humidity or light

A graceful strap-leaf species prized for its elegant, cascading foliage — perfect for hanging displays or elevated shelves.
